How can I return an item?

If the piece you ordered isn’t quite right (or your little one doesn’t love it), no worries! You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Please include a note inside the package with your full name and order number—this helps us process everything smoothly. Once we receive your parcel, we’ll get in touch to arrange either an exchange or a refund.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

If you're returning an item, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you’re free to use any courier you prefer.
If you’re requesting a replacement item, you’ll only need to cover standard shipping costs (unless you're requesting a refund).

However, if the return is due to a mistake in your order or a defective product, we will cover all shipping costs, both for the return and the replacement.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping within Italy and most EU countries for orders over €150 .
For orders under that amount, the flat-rate shipping fee is €6,95.
For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are clearly shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

We move fast! Orders within Italy typically arrive within 2–4 working days.
For international destinations, shipping generally takes 7–10 days, depending on the country.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.

How do I choose the right size for my child?

Are the fabrics safe for children’s skin?

Absolutely. All Katybella garments are made from natural, gentle materials carefully chosen to be safe on even the most sensitive skin.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you realize you made a mistake, don’t worry!
Just send us an email as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
If your order is already being prepared or shipped, changes may not be possible—but we’ll try our hardest.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Every order is lovingly packed in our signature fabric pouches, perfect for gifting.
If you have any special requests—like a handwritten note—just let us know, and we’ll make it extra special.
