OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We sell our products worldwide. The chart below indicates the costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery.

For Orders Placed Inside and Outside the European Union.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday), with the exception of peak periods when shipping may experience delays.

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your package throughout its journey. 

If you receive your package damaged or opened, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact our courier company. Bear in mind that for parcels that are delivered to a freight forwarder company per customer’s decision, we will not be accountable for missing or damaged items.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

Customs fees for international orders placed outside the European Union are not included. Depending on the country where you make the purchase, the amount of taxed orders varies:

– United States: the order that exceeds 800 $/ 730 € will be subject to fees.

– UK: the order that exceeds 135 £ / 150 € will be subject to fees.

– Rest of the countries outside the European Union: the minimum amount to avoid being subjected to fees may vary from each country, we recommend you to confirm before placing your order. 

To avoid reaching the threshold amount, we suggest splitting your order into multiple shipments.

RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges – KATYBELLA Kidswear Italy

At KATYBELLA Kidswear, we are a small, dedicated team that takes pride in the quality and care we put into every item. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is faulty or not quite what you expected, please reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase by emailing caterina.tkachenko@gmail.com, including your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and sent back in the original packaging.

Exchanges
We’re happy to offer an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, a different item of equal value, or a store credit (gift card) for future use.

Refunds (only for damaged or defective items)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Recheck your bank or card statement

• Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before the refund is officially posted

• Get in touch with your bank—there is often some processing time

Return Shipping
To return your product, please send it to:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please note: delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

If your return is valued at over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
